Orders
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday at 12:00pm (CST). Any orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day.
Shipping
We are able to accept and deliver online orders in the United States, U.S. territories and International locations. All United States, U.S. territories and International merchandise has a shipping charge added to your order. FedEx is not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping when placing an order.

KOHLER Original Recipe Chocolates Shipping Guidelines
Shipping durations depend on the temperature of the order location and the temperature in Kohler, Wisconsin. If the temperature is above 70 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air or faster. If the temperature is above 85 degrees, all orders must be shipped via FedEx Next Day Air.
Credit Card Refunds
Credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange, please contact us via e-mail or via phone at 866-243-8548. Note that we can only refund or exchange items purchased online within 30 days. Items purchased from our stores at Blackwolf Run, Whistling Straits, Kohler Waters Spa, Wisconsin Trader, Emporium, Kohler Gardener, Sensualities, Sports Core, or Craverie must be returned directly to the store.
